Walking along the streets of Trinity, Jersey, United Kingdom

The streets in Jersey is quite narrow with my best travellers notebook. It isn't big enough that the maximum speed is only 40-60 kilometers per hour. When you are walking with big groups you should walk in line.

The people walking are some of the 15 participants of the DESMAN 2012. First on the line was Zoavian from Madagascar, followed by me from the Philippines, 3rd is Vijaya from Sri lanka, 4th is Dany from Mauritius and 5th is Dave from Columbia. We are lead by Josh the Les Noyers hostel manager to the Pub.

The pub in UK is like the park in the Philippines, although I don't really agree on it. From Les Noyers the pub is 10-15 minutes walking under the 1-2 Celsius temperature.

I arrive in Jersey, Channel Islands, United Kingdom on February 4, 2012 at Jersey Airport with my travelers notebook. The weather is very cold, its on 2-4 celsius. Its my first time to be out of my country. The woman who fetch me at the airport is Siam.. she was so kind and warm and help me feel very at home. I was then housed at Les Noyers, the accommodation center for visitors of the Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust is being housed. Josh the Hostel Manager accommodated me, and show me my warm room. After a few refreshments, Josh served a delicious meal. Enough to take my hunger away, and ready for a long sleep. And sleep indeed
